I love this stuff! Pain relief has helped me through some pretty bad crashes as well as some really hard training blocks. Sometimes I take half of a dropper with half of a dropper of sleep after a really hard day on the bike. Other times it's nice to take a little before a hard effort if I have any aching or knee pain kicking in.

I’m recovering from a severe auto accident and didn’t want to end up becoming dependent on a bunch or pain meds. So I was looking for something more natural. The pain doesn’t instantly disappear, but there is a noticeable decrease in my pain levels and some days I feel completely pain free. I was a little skeptical at first but now it’s a couple days after I’ve finished the first bottle and the pain is coming back. I will most definitely be ordering more!

I have chronic shoulder pain from 2 surgeries and a large hill sachs deformation so I was excited to give this a try. I also might have a torn meniscus in my knee and this has been my go to post exercise. Just remember to shake it up really well before taking it! I got it in Strawberry and it tastes much better than other brands.
