Previous sleep aid I could not go back to sleep after the middle of the night bathroom trip, but with this, I go right back to sleep. Not groggy in the AM. I am sleeping better than I have in a long time. As a post-menopausal woman, sleep is hard to come by and this helps!

THIS IS WHAT I TELL EVERYONE ABOUT! This stuff knocks me out. I don't wake up groggy, and I feel like I actually got a good night sleep. I have always had some weird reactions to melatonin in pill-form, but for some reason this dropper does it's job without any reactions. After really hard races, sometimes I just can't sleep at all. First day of school jitters, or even a messed up sleep schedule that needs some re-tuning. This will knock me out and keep me out until I need to be up.

Started trying CBD last year as an alternative to everything else I tried to get a good nights rest. Not only does their product taste good…But it works also. If you can always good to get a schedule and stick to it. With all the other products out there I was overwhelmed what to try. I got lucky that I found Hello blue CBD on my first go around. You’ll not just get sleep but you will stay asleep as well.
