As usual for midwinter my sleeping has been poor and restless for some weeks. Not wanting the fuzziness or health issues with pharmaceuticals I gave the CBD sleep a shot. I took the serving under my tongue the first night and straight from the tspn the scond night. Both times resulted in 7 hours of deep restful sleep. This reset my sleep for thecremain of the week.
