Better sleep

Great product for when I need to reset my sleep to an earlier time. I am a night owl but sometimes it gets too crazy and when I find myself staying up later and later its harder for me to sleep any earlier. Taking the sleep helps me mellow out and I know I'll be sleeping in about an hour for a good 7 hours at least.

As usual for midwinter my sleeping has been poor and restless for some weeks. Not wanting the fuzziness or health issues with pharmaceuticals I gave the CBD sleep a shot. I took the serving under my tongue the first night and straight from the tspn the scond night. Both times resulted in 7 hours of deep restful sleep. This reset my sleep for thecremain of the week. Excellent product and all natural. I’ll be investigating the pain remedy version soon to help with my A.S.

It’s so nice to take something natural to help with sleep. This has helped a tremendous amount after stressful days. I highly recommend the peppermint flavor for nighttime.
